Talk therapy can seem unfocused with each session starting with, “What do you want to talk about this week?” Sometimes you need to have a clear goal and a therapist who is going to act like your coach to make sure that you achieve that goal.
Our goal is crystal clear – find and eliminate the root causes of your emotional reactions so that you won’t be able to get yourself upset about them even when you try.
